Project ID
Project ID is a campus-wide registry of students' valuables designed to discourage theft and help protect community members' belongings.
Benefits
- In case of theft, the valuable's serial number can be entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), which can trace a product if sold or found
- If the product is flagged in NCIC, the chances that the thief will be brought to justice increases
- The UIPD offers this service for FREE
