Special Event Staffing Request

Campus Safety requires a minimum of 14 days notice for all staffing requests. 
Event hours must be set at the time of your request. However, we reserve the right to alter start and end times based on the circumstances of the event.
Is alcohol being served at this event?
Will fireworks, flame effects, or pyrotechnics be used at this event?
Will a tent, stage, or platform greater than 400 square feet be set up as part of this event?
